Special: pages shouldn't list an rcid for that version of the page

Description

On test.leuksman.com (so presumably 1.5-cvs?), Special: pages show an rcid at
the top in the Classic skin. This is meaningless for generated pages. e.g.:

"Reference to this version of "Special:Specialpages" with
http://test.leuksman.com/index.php?title=Special:Specialpages&rcid=0"

The reference link should be removed from all skins for Special: pages.

This is using Mozilla 1.7.8 for Linux on FreeBSD.
