Special:Randompage on de.wiktionary.org retrieved what looks like a missing
template with a URL of
http://de.wiktionary.org/wiki/Vorlage:Unvollstaendiger_Artikel . Checking the
deletion log showed nothing -- see
http://de.wiktionary.org/w/index.php?title=Spezial%3ALog&type=delete&user=&page=Vorlage%3AUnvollstaendiger_Artikel

Good luck reproducing this bug via the URL!
Luckily, it also shows up in the search
http://de.wiktionary.org/wiki/Spezial:Search?search=Unvollstaendiger+Artikel&fulltext=Suche
as does another missing "template" Vorlage:Überarbeiten even though the template
namespace is not selected by default.

There were some broken pages, presumably from between when template namespaces were
changed. I've run the conflict resolver; those that were not automatically fixed due
to conflicts have been renamed with a suffix and can be reviewed or removed:
