Anu: If you want to have "more data" it's helpful to describe what exactly is unclear in the initial report and *how* to get more data.

If you are after steps to reproduce, this is about "TimedMediaHandler" as shown in the component field. See http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/TimedMediaHandler for more information.
The initial comment says that the HTML5 warning in Microsoft Internet Explorer 8 is shown for every video again on commons.wikimedia.org (where media is stored that is used by the Wikipedia website etc), even if you have closed that warning when watching your first video.
