In Special:RecentChanges and Special:Contributions the mouseover of an entity contains a pipe between label and description even if one or both of them are missing.

When only description is avaible should it be presented? Then it could be wrongly taken as a title.

That is true. Maybe add some placeholder instead? Or does someone have a better idea?

A placeholder seems reasonable, at first I've also thought about that, but then it should be something which won't be used as title of any Item.

Ah, mayby just use identifier? That would also resolve a problem of lack of both title and description. To sum up: if title is empty, use identifier (Q<some number>) and if description is empty, omit it. Is that acceptable?

Let us try to avoid displaying the identifier. Instead, if there is no label and only a description treat it the same way as if there is no label and no description (that's an unusual situation anyway). In that case, probably nothing should be shown.

Just checked. Leave the PrefixedName instead of displaying nothing if there is no label.

Merged by John Erling Blad on the 21st. Is this bug fixed now?
