Looks like somebody changed the subtitle to display as wikitext instead of HTML.
This breaks the 'redirected from' link shown on redirects.

Actual behavior:
HTML source is displayed, such as (Redirected from <a
href="/index.php?title=%E3%83%A1%E3%82%A4%E3%83%B3%E3%83%9A%E3%83%BC%E3%82%B8&redirect=no"
title="メインページ">メインページ</a>)

Expected behavior:
The link should show through correctly.
