Description:
The Monobook printable screen rendering of a missing or deleted page has the
title struck-through with the line that is normally under the footer. This
happens with Firefox 1.04 (screenshot will be attached) but not with IE6-SP1.
The browsers' print preview looks okay.

Looks fine with firefox 2.0.0.3 and MediaWiki 1.10.
Since this bug is two years old, I am assuming the css issue
is fixed either in mediawiki or in firefox rendering engine.
