Author is Steve Sanbeg, maybe he want to be the default assignee, but this is a old extensions, so Nobody is also possible.

We eventually want to see AssertEdit completely merged into core, for what it's worth (bug 27841).

I offer the following course of actions:
(1) Create the component with:
- Default assignee: nobody
- Default cc: ssanbeg@web.de
(2) Remove the component the day we'll have that in core.
