Description

DispatchStatus reports the time since the dispatcher touched a given wiki as "lag". This is only correct if the dispatch queue is nearly empty - if there is a large backlog, the actual lag is much bigger than the time since the last dispatch.

These figures need to be calculated and reported separately.
