Bugzilla is sending duplicated e-mail

Description

After I added bug 25765 comment 3, I received two e-mails. Bugzilla should send only one e-mail per action.

Is it me, or each mail has a different TO: field?

Maybe I'm missing something obvious, but even if you own both email address, Bugzilla can't know that both email address are owned by the same person.

You reported the bug with one account and CC'ed yourself with another account.
Hence there is no software bug here, workaround: Don't add yourself to a bug report with several email accounts if you don't want several emails. :)
