Does anyone know how to implement an alphabetical index for one's own mediawiki like the one here:

a specific page on a specific wiki like this are fairly likely to be answered on
the "discussion" tab of the page in question.

Without trying to sound rude this is a bug tracker and not a tech support forum,
please take it somewhere else.
