What's this refer to?

I do not understand you comment. This is a request for an email post script. Or
something better. So that visitors of wikipedia can use a contact form for the
questions.

Just use OTRS.

(In reply to comment #4)Just use OTRS.

OTRS is aswering emails or sending out emails by wikimedia email staff. Not for visitors to
send an email to wikipedia/wikimedia

Don't see the difference. We can set up another email address to be handled
using OTRS. Besides, it's not like you want any old Wikipedian answering an
email sent in good faith by people who may not understand the fact that there is
no one person to contact.

In case I still don't get it, try explaining exactly what you wanted in the
first place, and exactly how it would work, so we can all understand the request
better.

I will try to make to explain this so explicit as I can.

See http://home.versateladsl.be/wvermeir/wikinl/wikinl_info.html

That is a contact form. You can send with that form an email to the Dutch queue of OTRS. To
make it work you need an email post script. My request is that the WMF would have its own post
script or some system for this function.
