Notification Email Bug for User mention - Screen Shot

When someone mentions my name ('Fabrice Florin (WMF)') inside the sub-section of a talk page section, the plain text email notification link is for the main section, instead of the sub-section that is cited in the notification payload, as shown in this attached screenshot and excerpt below.

Here is the plain text email excerpt that shows the discrepancy between the sub-section name in the payload and the section name in the URL:

I would expect to be taken to the sub-section ('more generally'), instead of the section ('Office hours chat on IRC'), to make it easier to find the mention.
