Description:
when a user uploads several images, one after the other,
when reloading the form,
the new "Destination name" field (btw usefull),
is completed with the previous name
(even when you choice another file).

Well, this is HTML and we probably cannot change it too much...

But, at least, a small button to clear (javascript) in one click
the field will be usefull.

I'll do this my self in the next hours/days.
