Hi,

The linktrail on the Serbian Wikipedia (
http://sr.wikipedia.org/wiki/MediaWiki:Linktrail ) is not valid UTF-8.

This crashes the PyWikipediaBot which tries to parse Special:Allmessages:

UnicodeDecodeError: 'utf8' codec can't decode byte 0x80 in position 429303:
unexpected code byte
