Description:
Where reviewing (diff) the changes others have made, sometimes it is needed to
visibly see that the changes are done correctly (not just that the syntax is
ok). Sometimes there are alignment problems or floating items that collide. It
would be nice to have an HTML anchor from the '+' sign on the diff section to
the place of the actual text (and back? maybe another link in the margin?)
