Description:
This is a suggestion to change the way usernames work on wiki sites operated by
the Wikimedia foundation. My suggestion is that when a username is created on
any Wikimedia site, that username is also created on all other Wikimedia sites.
Or alternatively, that when creating an account users have the option of
simultaneously joining all other Wikimedia sites.
