As of 03:06 this morning UTC, the entire MediaWiki: namespace at the Vietnamese
Wikipedia has stopped working, meaning that none of the customized messages
there work. This has the potential to disrupt the community there quite a bit.

When I reported this bug, none of the *customized* messages would show up. So,
for example, [[vi:MediaWiki:Sitenotice]] wouldn't show up, and
[[vi:MediaWiki:Noarticletext]] wouldn't be displayed if an article didn't exist.
But everything seems to be alright now.
