Google has recommended that Wikimedia use DomainKeys Identified Mail (DKIM) for lists.wikimedia.org. Further info: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DomainKeys_Identified_Mail.

There's more DKIM work to be done but the part for lists is done, yes.
