Description:
MediaWiki should require users to view the differences made by the last editor
of an article when submitting a new edit (ie, the last collection of
contributions to an article by one user). Thus, everyone becomes a member of
Recent Changes patrol, and much more vandalism will be caught. This could be as
simple as sticking in the content that normally appears when you click "diff",
above/below the editing box, so that the bright red text can easily be noticed.
Then, there could be a checkbox (or maybe it's only available to admins) that
says "revert last user's edits". So, you can rollback the previous edits while
contributing your own. Very quick and simple, and will definitely cut down quite
a bit on vandalism.
