Request for a special page to show pages edited since last viewed

Description:
Over time one builds up a big watch-list. Looking back at the history of
a page one has checked but not edited, I find one can take a lot of time
reviewing edits by others that one has reviewed before, because there's
no way to tell when the article was last read, and which edits have been
effected since then.

This is a suggestion that would make reviewing the wiki for unseen edits
much easier. For each article on one's watch list, when a user opens that
page, store in their watchlist the ID number (or date if easier) of the
most recent edit to that article at that time.

Then it becomes possible to have a Special page: Pages edited since last
viewed.

:Extension of this: If that page also lists the ''number'' of edits or
even the edits themselves, since the page was last checked, this would
allow enhanced efficient use of time when editing, and also "at a glance"
which items on the watchlist are static, which suddenly seem to be having
significant attention.

(And on a similar note is there a way to view pages on watchlist ordered
by date of their last edit?)

These would be... very much appreciated.
