Hi,

I am Joseph "Jojit" Ballesteros ([[:en:User:Jojit fb]]), former President of Wikimedia Philippines and currently the Project Lead of Open Web Day. Open Web Day is a workshop organized by Wikimedia Philippines that teaches anyone who wants to learn the basics of Wikipedia editing.

There will be an Open Web Day event on October 19, 2013 8:00am to 6:00pm - Philippine Standard Time (October 19, 2013 12:00am to 10:00am GMT) at Angeles University Foundation in Angeles City, Philippines. Around 46 participants are expected to join.

In connection with this, I am requesting to lift the IP cap for that University in en.wiki, tl.wiki, pam.wiki, pag,wiki and commons. Their IP address is 210.4.97.200.
