Hallo!

If a sysop creates a new message in the MediaWiki namespace it shows the
"protect" tag. It should show "unprotect" to be consistent with the other pages.

*note*
For the long term
Bug 2414: disable unprotect tag for MediaWiki namspace
should be implemented.

This would make this bug obsolete.
