I found the bug using: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US;

rv:1.7.5) Gecko/20051012 Netscape/8.0.4
Build number: 20051012

this bug may be solved by changing / fixing *default* "MediaWiki:Monobook.css"

configurations

http://test.wikipedia.jp/ is a test wiki with content language 'ja'

I logged in in different browsers as

http://test.wikipedia.jp/user:Gangleri using user interface 'en' -

http://test.wikipedia.jp/user:%D7%92%D7%90%D6%B7%D7%A0%D7%92%D7%9C%D7%A2%D7%A8%D7%99
(גאַנגלערי) using user interface 'he'

The distance between the tabs where

OK when the 'en' user interface was selected
"squeezed" when the 'he' user interface was selected; depending on the page I

reviewed it was quite "messy"; tray existing pages and non existing pages as

It would be nice to have enough space between the tabs regardles if the selected
user interface is LTR or LTR type.
It might be possible that more *default* RTL "MediaWiki:Monobook.css" must be
changed.

For Internet Explorer the location of the icon user.gif from
