eqiad instances are not showing in labs ganglia

Description

http://ganglia.wmflabs.org/ does not show instances I created in eqiad for the deployment-prep or integration labs project.

I know Ganglia got setup by a contractor for Wikimedia but that is about it.

That was some cruft related to the pmtpa -> eqiad migration. Ganglia on labs is dead but that is a different issue.
