Description:
Special:Whatlinkshere should allow the user to select which namespace to select.
For instance, on the French Wikipedia, it would allow to trace back references
to pages in [Reference:] namespace, while ignoring user pages or meta pages
which link there too.

I made a patch for SpecialWhatlinkshere to eneble select namespaces.
It also fixes page $limit bug (now you can back to correct previous/next page)

which has no-change about LIMIT thing. (which JuLuF points me.)
It only add namespace select form and a bit SELECT

Based on this patch fixed in r20616.
