Description:
Most of the bugs filed here have absolutely nothing to do with operating system
or hardware because they're MediaWiki software bugs. However, many bugs that are
filed have irrelevant data entered because of the defaults. I propose switching
these defaults all to All to help remove the static (whatever that is).
