Description:
The word "Вікіпєдія" appears far too often in the file. My patch replaces all of
that with {{ns:project}}, fixes a few other minor issues, and adds a translation
for the 'copyright'.

Different words have been translated with {{ns:project}}:

b) [[uk:template:Wikivar#ns_4]] shows that the project namespace is 'Wikipedia'
same as the site name.

Please see [[uk:spacial:Allmessages]] and compare for example how
[[uk:MediaWiki:Aboutpage]] renders ('{{ns:project}}:Про' -> 'Wikipedia:Про').
