Bug 4677: Disable the "cite" link if a magic word NOCITE is used

I assume that it does not make sense to "cite" redirects.

"Cite" for the actual url contains links to this redirect:
http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=...&oldid=37201448
here in MediaZilla maybe
http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=%2E%2E%2E&oldid=37201448

best regards reinhardt [[user:gangleri]]

PS:
not shure about proper url in MediaZilla:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Cite?page=...
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Cite?page=.2E.2E.2E
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Cite/%2E%2E%2E

Version: unspecified
Severity: enhancement
URL: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Cite?page=...
