and http://test.wikipedia.org/wiki/Category:%D7%90#FULLPAGENAME .

The code could be shared with the fix for the enhancement request / bug 4966
Bug 4966: $ variables should render as inline links if Media Wiki messages
supporting wiki syntax

FULLPAGENAME is relavely new. The change should not break many templates /
pages. It would make inline referencing much more safe without the need to use
conditional templates.
