Description:
Sorry for this:

als:Milhüse is a redirect to als:Mülhausen_(Elsass) see
http://als.wikipedia.org/w/wiki.phtml?title=Milh%C3%BCse&redirect=no

http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/als:Milh%C3%BCse?action=history is not the same as
http://als.wikipedia.org/wiki/Milh%C3%BCse?action=history .

This is not exactly
Bug 218: Redirects do not support named anchors
Nevertheless it migth be that the same code gets evalueted.

best regards reinhardt user:gangleri

How about adding a notice to the "Redirected from ..." message.
If there is a section with the right name, a link could be added

(Redirected from Proof Theory)
(Jump to #Structural Proof Theory)

That seems no big deal implementationwise.
The existing links would have a meaning and
it would be easy for the user to jump to the right section.

should read here (where parameters and not sections are missing)
(Redirected from als:Milhüse)
(Jump to [SERVER{{localurl:Mülhausen_(Elsass)|action=history
Mülhausen_(Elsass)|action=history])
