The "Right" guider from the uprightdownleft tour under RTL

Under RTL, the left and right pointing pokeys don't render properly in Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and IE*.

I've updated the commit message of 148705 to reflect that it's a fix for Chrome, Firefox, Safari and IE9+.
