Description

After clicking the "(Lightbulb) Recommendations" link, the flyout takes a few seconds to appear. Presumably, this is the time it takes for the API to return a set of suggestions. During this time, there is no indication that my click was successful or that recommendations are on the way.

The flyout should immediately appear with a loading spinner or some other indication that recommendations are on the way.
