GettingStarted flyout top pokey missing on master (4087ff5) in IE 8

This appears to be slightly intermittent, though it happens most times for me. I've attached an example on master (4087ff502fbec649d8938b3f68615e15de773e5a), in debug mode.

I think since this is intermittent and only on one browser, it's not a release blocker for the test. Let's continue to nail it down and look for a fix after we resolve the rest of the outstanding to-do items.
