Description:
i've got this error("." is not a recommended image file format.) almost 2
times,while uploading an image:
*wile uploading png a screenshot on wikipedia,or even it's jpeg(gimp) converted
version
*wile uploading tux.png(http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Image:Tux.png) in
wikicities(now renamed to wika) to the game-info wiki

software used in order to create the screenshot:
*ksnapshot
*gimp
*gentoo linux

i'd like to send the image but there is no such thing in this bugzilla

what os and setting do you use?

i'll try tomorow on another computer with windows...

why this error:
in unix files can be reconised witout caring an extention
