Please see the url but also

because is much easy to understand.

For "non-sysop's" it does not show "Templates used on this page:"
([[MediaWiki:Templatesused]]).

If you copy the content, edit [[project:Sandbox]], paste the code and make a
preview you will not see the template list either. The only way to see the list
is to *save* the sandbox and edit it again.

This particular bit makes sense. The list relies upon the templatelinks table,
which isn't updated until the page is saved, hence the missing entries.

Works now with mediawiki 1.10. It got fixed somehow.
