Language "sitelinks" are difficult to access in Chameleon

Description

If language links are provided to the SkinTemplate (SkinTemplate ::getLanguagesusing the SkinTemplateGetLanguageLink hook) then Chameleon makes it difficult to access those "other languages" [0] opposed to the prominent and easy access in Vector [1].
