On the new [[Special:Upload]], I want to put some examples for what users can
enter under "Copyright status" and "source". So I wanted to change
MediaWiki:Filesource to say 'Source (if you created it, put "by ~~~"):'

Of course I need to use nowiki tags for that to work, but when I use them, they
show up on Special:Upload! Very odd.

I would prefer to have a drop-down list of options (at least for copyright
status) like wikipedia et al, but that's another day's work. :)
