Description

So we have useful HTML id=""s in the HTML page source of Special:Preferences for preference headings. For example https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Special:Preferences#mw-prefsection-personal-signature is the anchor to the "Signature" preference.

But we don't currently expose links to these headings in the user interface. :-(
