Special page listing changes to transcluded pages

Description

I would like to be able to display recent changes to transcluded pages in the same way
as is currently possible with linked pages.

Discussion has suggested that this might be best approached at present by cloning the
current Special:Recentchangeslinked feature and adjusting the underlying procedures.

r37927 partially fixes this: Special:Recentchangeslinked now includes changes to transcluded pages. What it still needs is options to allow filtering the list, e.g. to show _only_ changes to transcluded pages.

Functionality in r37927. I'd rather avoid the feature cruft of a more specific filter.
