Description:
The Project namespace is currently 'Wikibooks', it should be 'Vicilibri'.
Likewise the Project talk namespace is currently 'Wikibooks talk', it should be
'Disputatio Vicilibri'.

Please correct this, or tell me how to.

I made the change. Need to fix the sidebar though which is cached
and still linking to the old namespace :(

The portal url is correct as it use the project:title form:
http://la.wikibooks.org/wiki/MediaWiki:Portal-url

I dont know how to refresh the sidebar though :(
