Make printable version use the non-ugly URLs
Closed, DeclinedPublic

Description

We use non-Ugly URLs for articles /wiki/Article. It's nice and easy to remember.
However, when showing printable version, we pass to
/w/index.php?title=Dieta_blanda&printable=yes that is what will be shown on the
printed page for the user.

I ask to use /wiki/Article?printable=yes for it (tinier and easier to remamber).

This may also apply to Permalinks (/wiki/Article?oldid=1234567)

They would need rel="nofollow"

Note that the IE problems with this type of links are only when using
action=raw, so they don't apply here.

You're free to type a link this way; simply the autogenerated
links use the standard form.

But who cares? Printable version isn't actually useful (the
print stylesheet is always there when printing).
