When attempting to upload an image to the wiki from several different logins, and several
different machines, I get an 'Internal Error':

Could not copy file "C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\php5140.tmp" to "E:\web\axisotrcom0
\htdocs\axisphp\axiswiki/images/9/99/Strohs.jpg".

The part I don't understand is that my webspace is not located in the 'htdocs' directory (and
it's not a local folder, either). I've checked my LocalSetting file, and can't find a record
of 'htdocs' in it anywhere... Image uploads worked last week, no problem, and nothing (to my
knowlege) has changed since then.

You'll need to establish whether this is for sure. I suggest searching the
mediawiki-l mailing list archives to see if there's a similar report. If not,
please post an email there; this is not a particular problem for other users.
