Description

Could we please install mono's FastCGI package?
Looks like it's the only thing missing, preventing users to host ASP.NET on lighttpd: http://www.mono-project.com/docs/web/fastcgi/lighttpd/

mono-fastcgi-server is the package required, let me put up a puppet change for it...
