Description:
Mainly based on what has been entered manually in id.wikipedia.org. Hopefully,
if this patch is accepted, we don't have to update all other Indonesian projects
(source, books, quote, wiktionary).
The patch has been tested on local installation. I've tried to adjust with
individual style on each extensions. Please inform me if the format is not
acceptable and don't ignore this just because the "style" that I've guessed is
not correct. I will make any adjustments that needed.
