I'm not sure if I'm posting this in the right place, but there has been a discussion on Swedish Wikipedia about an
"admin light" function. An "admin light" would have the rights to roll back pages and block ip's for vandalism.
This in order to easen up the burden for admins, also it would not require the same support for the user as a
"real" adminship would require.

Is it possible to create a user group like this one? If then, would it be possible to make the user group so it's
possible to configure it to the seperate wiki communities' likings by, for example, bureaucrats?
