Currently, setting a tour in the URL fails when linking to a redirect, such as Special:MyPage.
User story: as a tour developer, I would like to be able to let a user a start a tour by clicking a redirect, so that I can have increased flexibility and customize the experience to the user.
Specification: if a tour is added as a parameter on a special redirect, like Special:MyPage or Special:MyContribs, it should be preserved on redirect.
