On desktop in most namespaces, including Article the content becomes unreadable, and the chrome becomes broken beyond the point of being usable when the viewport is narrower than 694 px. Reccomend that we automatically switch to mobile skin at this breakpoint even when device is not identified as mobile.

We use varnish to do redirects and Varnish only knows about user agent so this is not possible with current technology stack. I see bbc news just made their mobile site their desktop site. I still feel like this should be MobileFrontend's ultimate goal (even if it's another skin that achieves this)
