Description:
Since a few hours, the notice calling for the election of the Wikimedia Board is
not translated in french anymore, as well as the "my preferences" button on top
of the page, although the related MediaWiki pages are perfectly normal and
haven't been changed for weeks.

The same problem also appears on pages' history, where there should be a
"Journal de cette page" message with a link to the log, but it also isn't
translated anymore and appears as "View logs for this page".
