Description

Marius is going to help me with this I think but filing this for the record. I'd like Checkuser and sysop on wikitech because of some cross over issues with globally banned users who have a good possibility of leaking into wikitech either now or later.

(For the record I know that closing accounts on wikitech is much more complicated given the shell connection)
