hi,
we'd need approvals for access from your manager and analytics, there's also three days grace time for this before proceeding. FWIW on labs your shell username is lpintscher so that'll be carried over to production.
Also have you signed Acknowledgement of Wikimedia Server Access Responsibilities at https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/L3 already?

Acknowledgement of Wikimedia Server Access Responsibilities signed.

Hi. I've been helping Lydia through this process. I've confirmed with Manprit Brar that Lydia has signed an NDA.

Lydia will need to be added to the ‘analytics-privatedata-users’ group in order to get access to the databases she needs. I'll update the task description.

Halfak set Security to None.

Change 200891 had a related patch set uploaded (by John F. Lewis):
create shell for lpintscher

https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/200891

The patch uploaded by @JohnLewis looks good to me, +1. Just needs the formal manager approval and the 3-day waiting period, then it should be all good.

@Dzahn Here is the formal manager approval - OK.

Thanks,
Abraham

Change 200891 merged by Filippo Giunchedi:
create shell for lpintscher

change merged, should propagate in 1hr or so

@Lydia_Pintscher:

confirmed your user exists now on stat1002.eqiad.wmnet. You should be able to get there using ProxyCommand via one of the bastion hosts (just like it works for labs but in production -> https://wikitech.wikimedia.org/wiki/Help:Access#Accessing_instances_with_ProxyCommand_ssh_option_.28recommended.29)

As bastion hosts either bast1001.wikimedia.org or hooft.esams.wikimedia.org should work, the one in Amsterdam might be faster for you.
